Program Options & Fees
A physical examination, including laboratory tests and EKG, is scheduled prior to beginning your weight loss program. At that time, the appropriate program option and "goal weight" are determined by you and the physician.

FEE: $260 Recent laboratory values from your own physician will be honored and credited to you, but you must still schedule an examination with one of our physicians. ,

MNP FIRST STEP
Patients are maintained on a 650 calorie per day dietary supplement provided by MNP until goal weight is achieved. Women usually lose 3 pounds per week; men an average of 5 pounds per week. During this time, patients receive:
Dietary supplement (MNP First Step) to be taken five times daily.

Weekly physician visits and biweekly laboratory tests.

Weekly one-hour behavioral therapy sessions managed by the psychotherapist.

Fasting workbook which includes: progress charts, weight control aids, and homework assignments.

FEE: $610 every 4 weeks, all inclusive

TRANSITION

Once goal weight is achieved in the First Step program, the Transition phase begins. Food is gradually reintroduced over a four week period. Weekly group therapy continues, combined with intensive nutrition education, under physician supervision.

FEE: $557 (2 boxes of supplement included)

BETTER WEIGHS
Patients are maintained on three dietary supplements and one calorie-controlled meal, totaling approximately 850 calories daily. Women usually lose 2-3 pounds per week; men average 4-5 pounds per week. During this time, patients receive:

Dietary supplement (MNP First Step) to be taken three times daily.

Monthly physician visits and laboratory tests.

Weekly behavioral counseling sessions managed by the therapist and dietitian.

Modified Fasting workbook which includes progress charts, weight control aids, and homework assignments.

FEE: $496 every 4 weeks, all inclusive

NEW WEIGHS

Patients are responsible for their own calorie controlled food preparation under the guidance of our registered dietitians. During this time, patients receive:Weekly sessions with registered dietitian to provide nutritional counseling and individual meal plans.

FEE: $175 every 4 weeks

MAINTENANCE

Maintenance is contracted in six month intervals. Each six month contract includes weekly one-hour group behavioral therapy sessions and dietary sessions. Based on our own research findings and those of others, we strongly encourage all patients to remain in maintenance for a minimum of one year.

FEE: $420 every 3 months

Patients maintaining a reasonable contracted weight, attending regularly as specified in the contract, and keeping a calorie and exercise log, may earn a rebate of up to $120.

Patients my purchase supplement to be part of their maintenance diet. Supplement fee: $32 per box (18 servings)
